What’s Happening at CVBC
The Annual Thrift Sale is this week! Starting today we could use your help to set up tables and bring items in from the garage. Then Monday through Thursday there are all kinds of volunteer opportunities! The sale is this Friday & Saturday, April 30—May 1. See more details on the bulletin back.
A new Tuesday evening Men’s Bible Study is starting on May 4 and will meet from 6:30-7:30pm weekly. Email Dennis Wolf if you’d like to be part of this study on the book of James. lennywolf@gmail.com
Starting May 2, CVBC will be fully open for Sunday worship services and for groups to meet in the building.
Ladies: Saturday, May 15, is the Spring Brunch. Join us at 10:00am for fellowship, meal, and a program by Sharon Daniels, “Marvelous Monarch Moments: Experiencing God’s Mystery and Presence.” The delicious brunch will be prepared by Kris Custer. Sign up here!
The Baby Bottle Fundraiser runs through May 9. Take a bottle home and fill it with coins, etc. to support APPLE Pregnancy Care Center.
We are planning five outdoor Sunday worship services starting in May. One service at 10am, no live stream. A meal is included after the service. Dates: May 23, June 20, July 18, August 15, September 12.

Bulletin Back: CVBC’s Annual THRIFT SALE

All proceeds will support the Guatemala Mission Trip in July

You can bring donations to church during office hours Mon. 11-4, T-Th. 9-4). Call ahead and we’ll meet you at the garage. To donate large items please contact Alan for pick up or alternative drop-off times (aland@cvbc.net or 715-864-4406).
We appreciate your donations! We are also grateful for your discernment as to whether your donated item(s) will sell.
Receipts can be available for your tax deductible donations (ask in the office).
If you’d like to make a monetary donation, please designate on your check or envelope “Student Missions.”
Volunteers needed:
To help set up TODAY, April 25 through Thursday, April 29 (you get “early bird” shopping privileges!).
Two or three people willing to run the boutique that are knowledgeable about trendy clothing and comfortable pricing and running a boutique.
To help with sales on Friday & Saturday (morning and afternoon shifts available) and to clean up on Saturday afternoon.
