A Good Life Lived
Genesis 25:1-18
Main Point: A life with God is full of ups and downs and joys and sorrow; but a life with God is also a good life.
A life with God guarantees you…
1. Sovereign Guidance
2. Gracious Promises and Blessings
3. A Bright Future
Small Group Questions:
1. What is something that stood out to you from the passage or sermon?
2. How was Abraham sovereignly guided over his life? How are you sovereignly guided? What blessings did Abraham get? What blessings do you get?
3. What is the bright future we will inherit?
Missionary Highlight: Dave Johnson
CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ)
Northwest Wisconsin Team working with the Faculty Commons division of the Campus Ministry
Dave works on the UW-Eau Claire, UW-Stout and UW-River Falls campuses, reaching out to professors. Our vision is to see Christian faculty raised up to be courageous lights for Jesus Christ in every corner of a campus. We want to connect the Christian faculty to the Christian organizations on campus so professors and students together can have an even greater impact for Christ. Our hearts continue to be given to the goal of giving every faculty, staff, administrator, and student an attractive opportunity to hear the gospel.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
1. That we will see Christian faculty commit to sharing Jesus Christ on these college campuses.
2. That Dave will have many open doors to disciple Christian faculty and share Christ with skeptics.
3. For Dave and his family, as his wife Tamara went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 2020.
