What’s Happening at CVBC
Women’s fall Bible study: “Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life” by Donald Whitney. This book is practical for all Christians because it focuses on the daily habits of a growing believer. It also gives helpful tips to grow in your personal walk with the Lord. This 10-week study (starting Wed., 9/16 from 6-7pm) will be taught by several CVBC ladies. Look for an email sign up starting 8/17, and a sign up sheet in the church foyer as well. For any questions, please contact Lindsay Solava at lindsaysolava@gmail.com.
This Tuesday (8/18) is Ruby’s Pantry. Contact: cskrizan@yahoo.com.
The nursery is open on Sunday mornings (9am only) for children up through 4 years old.
We have the Family Room (Room 60) available for anyone with children that would prefer a less restrictive environment during the worship hour. The service is streamed live for your convenience.
We now have Welcome/Prayer cards for your use in the sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Feel free to fill out a card and drop it in the white box on your way out. You can submit prayer requests to the office at any time by contacting us: office@cvbc.net or 715-723-2872.
FREEDOM Recovery meets 3x weekly: Tues.-1pm, Thurs.-7pm, and Sat.-8am. We use the Life Recovery Bible 12-Step Program. Anyone is welcome to join us. Please contact Jerry at (715) 379-0200 or email gsolfest@gmail.com.
